Sale of Property

The process of selling a property

In order to set the sale price of a property, a listing agent conducts market research on other properties for sale in the surrounding area and properties that were sold in the past. The listing agent then gives the estimated sale price to the property owner.

The listing agent will give advice and recommendations of necessary actions before publicly listing the property to sell the property as soon as possible under the best conditions for the seller.

Once the property is open to the public in the market, other agents will come to see the property.

Listing agents find buyers by open houses to either other brokers or to the public and garnering feedback to find a potential buyer for the property. Listing agents also post information about the property on various websites to get as many people as possible to see the property. At Realty Mark, we can also advertise the property on television.

When the listing agent receives an offer from the buyer’s agent, we begin the process of negotiation to get the best deal possible between the seller and the buyer. We meticulously pay attention to home inspection, contact with financial institutions, and make sure all the necessary documents are complete to support you to do smoothly from listing to completion.
