A mother of three currently residing in Philadelphia, Madoka was born in Tokyo, Japan. After studying abroad in Bellevue, Washington, She gained experience residing in Seattle WA, Honolulu HI, Pullman WA, Orlando FL, and downtown and suburban Philadelphia.

After purchasing her first home in suburban Philadelphia, she became interested in real estate and acquired her real estate license in 2003, joining Coldwell Banker Preferred later that year.

Currently working with Realty Mark, specializing in Pennsylvania (Greater Philadelphia area) and South New Jersey. In 2014, she established the real estate development company Brilliant Rock Innovation, LLC.
