Madoka is an absolute rockstar! This was my first time buying a home, and Madoka brought kindness, wisdom, prompt advice, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of the real estate market to the table. She held my hand through the entire process, and no question was off limits. There were many times when I felt out of my depth and unfamiliar with the “under contract” process, but Madoka answered all my questions and put me at ease—communicating with the seller’s realtor, keeping me up to date, and advising how we should proceed until negotiations were complete, the closing papers signed, and the keys to my first home were in hand.
There were a few hiccups along the way. Unfortunately, after going into contract with two sellers, inspections revealed some very troublesome issues with the respective properties. Madoka’s advice was invaluable in both cases. Eventually, Madoka found the PERFECT home for me—it was everything I wanted and everything I didn’t even know I wanted. Working with Madoka exceeded every expectation, and I am so grateful for the experience.
