About Madoka
I am Madoka Nishimura, founder and team leader of the Madoka Nishimura Real Estate Expert Team. Born and raised in Tokyo, I earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Washington State University. Since 1996, I’ve been living in the Philadelphia area and its suburbs, which now serve as the foundation of my real estate practice.
My Real Estate Journey and Career Milestones
2003
After purchasing my first home in the suburbs of Philadelphia, I developed a strong interest in real estate and obtained my Pennsylvania real estate license.
I began my career at Coldwell Banker Preferred, working successfully as both a listing and buyer’s agent.
2014
I established my own real estate development company, Brilliant Rock Innovation, LLC.
Through this, I began supporting clients looking to build wealth through real estate investment with my knowledge and experience.
2018
I joined RealtyMark Associates in Philadelphia.
In the same year, I obtained my New Jersey real estate license.
I have since supported a wide range of clients, from major corporate accounts to families looking for their new home.
Presently, I am affiliated with RealtyMark Associates (Center City, PA) and RealtyMark Central(Princeton, NJ).
Life Beyond Real Estate
In addition to real estate, I’ve been active in music education and community involvement. I’ve operated a private piano studio for over 20 years and currently serve as the choir director for the Japanese Association of Greater Philadelphia. I’m also engaged in joint venture investments and continue to pursue new opportunities.
As a mother of three, I understand the changing housing needs that come with each stage of family life. This personal experience allows me to connect with clients in a way that’s both practical and empathetic.
